Only around 20 works by the Flemish Old Master, Van Eyck, have been preserved worldwide, while over half of these masterpieces will travel to Ghent in 2020 for this exhibition as the highlight of Ghent’s 2020 Van Eyck theme year.
Take this opputunitiy to witness the freshly restored works, including the outer panels of the Ghent Altarpiece (1432) and Portrait of Baudouin de Lannoy (around 1438-40).
